1. Return Policy
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for unused products in their original packaging. To be eligible for a return:
- Item must be unused and in original condition
- Original packaging must be intact
- Proof of purchase must be provided
- Return shipping label must be used
2. Damaged or Defective Products
If you receive a damaged or defective product:
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
- Provide photos of the damage
- We will arrange for return shipping
- Full refund or replacement will be provided
3. Return Process
To initiate a return:

- Provide order number and reason for return
- Receive return authorization and shipping label
- Package the item securely
- Ship the item back to us
4. Refund Timeline
Once we receive your return:
- We will inspect the item within 3 business days
- If approved, refunds are processed within 5 business days
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method
- Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item was damaged or defective
5. Exchanges
We offer exchanges for different products of equal or greater value. For exchanges:
- Follow the same return process
- Specify the desired replacement item
- Pay any price difference for upgrades
- Receive a refund for any price difference for downgrades
6. Non-Refundable Items
The following items are not eligible for returns or refunds:
